Notice: these terms are a general framework for using the platform and are not legal, financial, or investment advice. My Global Trade will update this document with specific, counsel-reviewed terms. Participation involves risk and returns are not guaranteed.

1. What My Global Trade is

My Global Trade lets users participate economically in a real-economy ecosystem tied to the food industry, through the participation token Paakcoin (PAAK). The platform is not a bank, broker, or securities entity, and PAAK does not represent shares, debt, or a regulated financial instrument.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to accept these terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for the security of your password and 2FA.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. We may suspend accounts for misuse, fraud, or breach.

3. How participation works

Deposit: depositing USDT (BEP20) credits your Funds balance only. Depositing alone does not mint PAAK.
Participate: moving Funds into the pool mints PAAK at the current NAV and time-locks your position for the configured period (90 days by default).
Distributions: when applicable, reward tokens are issued in proportion to your participation. Distributions are not guaranteed and are not periodic by default.
Swap and withdraw: you may convert rewards to Available Balance (with a fee) and request USDT withdrawals from that balance, subject to 2FA verification and administrative approval.

4. Risk and no guarantees

NAV and PAAK values can rise or fall. We do not guarantee returns, instant liquidity, or recovery of contributed capital. You participate at your own discretion and risk. Past results do not predict future results.

5. Fees, limits and locks

Fees (deposit, withdrawal, swap, capital redemption), minimum and maximum amounts, and lock periods are shown in the platform and may change. Changes apply to future operations.

6. Referral (multi-level) program

The platform may pay referral commissions when a referred user contributes to the pool. Participation is voluntary; no commission is paid for mere sign-up or for recruiting without real activity. Percentages and levels may be adjusted.

7. Withdrawals, verification and compliance

Withdrawals require email 2FA verification and administrative approval.
We may request additional information (KYC/AML) and hold or reject operations on suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illicit activity.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your withdrawal address (USDT BEP20). On-chain transactions are irreversible.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use the platform for illicit activity, fraud, manipulation, creating multiple accounts to abuse the referral program, or circumventing security or compliance controls.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, My Global Trade is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for losses arising from value fluctuations, third-party failures (including on-chain payment providers), or force majeure.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means acceptance. For questions, use the contact form. Governing law and jurisdiction will be specified in the final legal version.
